What is a portfolio evaluation?
It is a review of your student's learning to be sure that the child is being educated and growing from the beginning of the school year to the end of the school year. The portfolio records should include

samples of work that show growth from the beginning of year to the end of the year in a variety of subjects
What is the process for portfolio evaluations?
Step 1: Start Evaluation Process
Select "Start Now" and fill out the Portfolio Review Request on Google Forms. You will receive an email detailing the evaluation process.
Step 3: Submit portfolio documents
You will submit your portfolio documents to the private Dropbox folder. Within 24 hours you will receive a response with available day/times to conduct the phone call with you and your student.
Step 5: Send payment

You will receive a follow-up email with a link to a private Dropbox folder for you to upload your documents to.

Step 4: Phone call
The evaluator will call the student and parent/guardian. The evaluator will go over the student's growth and ask the student questions such as: "What is one thing you enjoyed learning?", "Tell me about a book that you read."
Step 6: Receive form
The finalized evaluation form will be emailed to you within 2 hours of receiving payment via PayPal or Venmo. You will email the pdf file to your school district. You can find their information by visiting the Florida Department of Education’s Office of choice
